All about Transport and Delivery

1. Weeks of Delivery

You can order our perennial and young grass plants to deliver on the following dates: 24/25, 26/27, 28/29, 30, 32, 34

Earlier dates of delivery are not possible. Winter here lasts up to 6 weeks longer than in the Netherlands. When we wake up from our winter’s sleep, spring in the Netherlands is almost over. We can arrange for later delivery dates.

If you want delivery very early, we need your order until mid August of the previous year. We keep the plants frost-free during the winter and deliver them in calendar week 8 or 9.

2. Transport and Delivery

Orders of an amount of EURO 2.500 or more are delivered free to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland. Please ask for freight charges to the other countries.

We load the lorries on Sundays and Mondays and deliver in the course of the week. Due to the long distances we can’t always avoid a delivery on a Friday.
We can load six lorries a day. The plants are not packed into the shipping crates and stacked on pallets until the day of loading.

Since 1998 hauling contractor Watorek delivers our plants. Most of the drivers speak a bit of German and all of them know how to handle the plants.

3. Package

The plants are delivered in crates on Euro pallets.
When delivering to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland our hauling contractor will take back the crates with the van free of charge. If you want to keep them we will charge you € 3,00 per crate.

4. Prices and payments

Orders of an amount of E 2.500 are delivered free to Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland.
Please ask for freight charges to other countries.

Payment term: 30 days net. If payment is not made within the set period, we will charge 8%/year. All collection costs are to be paid by the customer.
